L'organisation est catastrophique, on arrive au port et on passe d'une personne à l'autre sans recevoir de vraies indications sur le lieu de départ ainsi que sur l'organisation. Quand on a enfin trouvé le lieu de départ et qu'on embarque on nous apprend que le ticket réservé n'est pas le bon car nous avions réservé un aller-retour pour l'isola Madre mais nous avons été trimballer sur les trois îles. À chaque île nous avons dû descendre en plein soleil avec deux enfants en bas âge pour attendre un autre bâteau. On s'est senti comme du bétail. À un moment nous avons embarqué sur le premier bateau qui nous ramenait a Stresa. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout ce service malgré que ce soit celui réservé sur le site officiel des îles borromée.
Unfortunately very bad experience! The organization is catastrophic, we arrive at the port and we go from one person to another without receiving real indications on the place of departure as well as on the organization. When we finally found the place of departure and boarded we were told that the ticket booked was not the right one because we had booked a return trip to the isola Madre but we were lugged around the three islands. At each island we had to go down in full sun with two small children to wait for another boat. We felt like cattle. At one point we boarded the first boat that brought us back to Stresa. We do not recommend this service at all, although it is the one reserved on the official website of the Borromean Islands.
