Noi abbiamo preso la "Luigi " del grande Davide ,personaggio molto simpatico e mitico!!!Musica,bella compagnia per un allegria totale.
 It was a great experience, great news, we had a great time Ideal for celebrating a birthday with family and friends or any other event. We took the "Luigi" of the great Davide, a very nice and mythical character !!! Music, good company for a total joy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si spacciano per servizio pubblico con tanto di cartello e banchetto per intercettare i turisti. Espongono un costo di 8,5€ per un viaggio all'Isola Bella quando il biglietto pubblico (pubblico per davvero, come lo intende il 100% dei turisti, non come lo intendono loro) costa 1,2€.
Una vergogna oltre che una trappola per turisti. ANDATE AI TRAGHETTI PIù AVANTI.
They pretend to be a public service complete with a sign and a banquet to intercept tourists. They exhibit a cost of € 8.5 for a trip to Isola Bella when the public ticket (public for real, as 100% of tourists understand it, not as they understand it) costs 1.2 €.
A shame as well as a tourist trap. GO FURTHER FORWARD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly employee! We just wanted to ask for the boat and he refused several times and didn’t want to listen and was very unpolite. He is a scandal for the good Organised companies!!
Saying that he is not working for this company seems not correct. He entered several times this mentioned company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beautiful experience on April 20th visiting Isola Bella & Isola dei Pescatori with Stresa Tours. The boat was fantastic, and the capitain Alberto was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An employee at the parking lot was trying to get us to buy tickets for isola bella and isola di pescatori. When we mentioned that the ferry was cheaper he offered to include the parking for us for the day. He said he would put in 5eu to match the price of the ferry. The boat was leaving so we rushed off. It turns out he put in 80 cents which was for 20 minutes. We probably got a ticket. Just makes this company look like scammers. The boat ride itself was ok, but there is no reason to use them since the ferry is cheaper and they won’t try to scam you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When buying the ticket we were told the boat leaves every hour and that restaurants were open. In reality we waited 2 hours for the boat to bring us back to Stresa and on both islands only one single small restaurant was open.
I felt being ripped off as stupid tourist....
