Laura, da anni, ci segue e consiglia sempre il meglio... nel nostro ultimo viaggio abbiamo avuto un problema con il rientro causa tamponi, ed Γ¨ in questo caso che ci hanno veramente stupito in positivo, non lasciandoci neanche un istante, sempre presenti per un supporto e per cercare di risolvere la situazione! Non finirΓ² mai di ringraziare Laura e Luca per come hanno gestito il problema! I veri professionisti si riconoscono nei momenti difficili! Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia!
I have made many trips with them, professionalism, friendliness and competence are among their best qualities. Laura has been following us for years and always advises us the best ... on our last trip we had a problem with returning due to tampons, and it is in this case that they really surprised us positively, not leaving us even for a moment, always present for support and to try to resolve the situation! I will never stop thanking Laura and Luca for how they handled the problem! True professionals recognize themselves in difficult times! I highly recommend this agency!

β β β β β Our hotel recommended we stop here to purchase train tickets for a trip to Locarno since we would be using two different trains, including the mountain train. They were friendly, fast and gave us perfect information. We stopped back the next day to purchase local ferry tickets to the islands just off Stresa. Again, they were most helpful and explained our options very well. I'd highly recommend using there service....there was no charge to purchase tickets through them and they provided great inforamtion!

β β β β β Once you met Marta you know you are in the right place and the right time. She is genuinely nice, attentive, a very good professional who will go the extramile to make you feel confident that when you are walking out of there you have all the info that you need in order to enjoy the trips booked. Followed all her recommendations which made my stay in Stresa so welcoming and enjoyable. Her tips on local restaurants were great too and I had some fab dine out experiences.
