Siamo stati domenica per acquistare una montatura, la ragazza all'inizio é stata gentile, quando poi ho detto che avrei preso solo la montatura e non avrei fatto le lenti da loro ha iniziato a rispondere veramente male in modo poco educato. Peccato! Andremo sicuramente in altri negozi NAU! perché i prodotti ci piacciono, ma sicuramente non vorremo più in questo. For products there is nothing to say: excellent! The only problem? (sono Nau comunque anche quelli che indosso). C'è sempre un'ampia scelta di montature e prezzi molto buoni, anche se una difficile come me non trova facilmente il modello giusto. Comunque sono stata seguita e consigliata da Giulio e devo dire che è stato molto piacevole. Sia io che il mio compagno lo abbiamo trovato - oltre che molto simpatico - anche molto ben preparato e professionale, cosa che non succede spesso con i consulenti di queste catene. Se decidessi di rifare qui i miei prossimi occhiali vorrei farmi assolutamente seguire da lui. Bravo Giulio! However, I was followed and advised by Giulio and I must say that it was very pleasant. Both my partner and I found him - as well as very nice - also very well prepared and professional, which is not often the case with the consultants of these chains. If I decide to make my next glasses here, I would absolutely like him to follow me. Well done Giulio!
