La scortesia e la svogliatezza con cui la signora addetta mi ha risposto sono state notevoli. In sostanza, siccome le informazioni si trovano online, inutile la mia chiamata. Servizio al cittadino voto uno, ma solo perché zero non è possibile attribuirlo.
I just called the registry office to ask for information about the issuance of an identity card for a minor. The rudeness and listlessness with which the lady in charge answered me were remarkable. Basically, since the information is online, my call is useless. Citizen service vote one, but only because zero cannot be attributed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso un appuntamento per carta d'identità (sono dal altro comune ) non ho ricevuto nessun mail per annullamento , aspettato due mesi venuto oggi. Alle 10:00 comune era vuota nessun persona in attesa , uscita una signora dicendo che hanno tante richieste da residenti e non possono accettare le persone da altre comune . Mi domando ma perché in questo caso non cancellate dal sito possibilità di prenotazione dalle persone non residenti ? Allego anche una foto del ticket per fare capire come erano incasinati . Grazie a loro ho perso la priorità nel mio comune e devo aspettare altri mesi per avere carta d'identità . Ormai voglia di lavorare ha abbandonato il paese .
I made an appointment for an identity card (I am from the other municipality) I did not receive any e-mails for cancellation, I waited two months to come today. At 10:00 the municipality was empty no people waiting, a lady came out saying they have many requests from residents and cannot accept people from other municipality. I wonder why in this case you do not cancel the booking possibility for non-residents from the site? I am also attaching a photo of the ticket to show how they were messed up. Thanks to them, I lost priority in my municipality and I have to wait another few months to get an identity card. The desire to work has now left the country.
