Pessima l'assistenza post pratiche (rispondono dal caf di Bollate senza firma né riferimenti, con risposte veloci, approssimative e talvolta errate. Dando del ''tu'' senza nemmeno conoscersi. Una mancanza di professionalità a partire dalla responsabile. Pessimo.
Bad organization and staff preparation. Terrible post-practice assistance (they answer from the Bollate café without a signature or references, with quick, approximate and sometimes incorrect answers. Giving "you" without even knowing each other. A lack of professionalism starting from the manager.
