Lo consiglio a tutti!! Competence, availability and courtesy represent at best this Caf! I turned to them for a 730 and was very satisfied. I recommend it to everybody!!
E	Eugenia Elena Ciobanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza bruttissima da non rifare mai più . Prendo appuntamento per oggi 24 giugno alle ore 16:30. Vado li alle 16:10 . Per un ora continuò a dire che ho l’appuntamento alle ore 16:30 e nulla . A un certo punto visto che erano già le 17:30 dovevo andare al bagno e mi hanno detto che non si poteva . Alla fine si accorgono che avevano sbagliato a prendere altre persone prima di me che ero già lì da tanto ad aspettare il mio turno . Da lì è partito l’inferno. La signora che sta davanti al ingresso si è messa ad urlarmi con dei insulti molto pesanti. Sembrava indemoniata e pure non gli ho fatto nulla . Si è messa ad urlare che lei lavora gratis che è un volontariato,io di questo non ne sapevo nulla visto che era la prima volta che andavo in quel posto . Le ho detto gentilissima che non lo sapevo e se devo pagare non c’è nessun problema .Visto che ho fato la pratica per il Covid 19 dei lavoratori domestici la signora mi ha solo preso i dati senza darmi una ricevuta con il mio numero di pratica . Poi mi ha detto che loro non caricano sul pc perché vanno loro di persona al inps a consegnare i documenti in forma cartacea . Uscita da lì ho chiamato l’INPS che mi ha detto che non sono aperti e che nessun volontario va da loro a portare documenti in forma cartacea .Sinceramente sono rimasta stupita del modo in quale si comporta le la signora con le persiane che vanno lì . Comunque ho un bel video con la signora di come era indemoniata e come si è comportata . A very bad experience to never do again. I make an appointment for today 24 June at 16:30. I go there at 16:10. For an hour he kept saying that I have an appointment at 4:30 pm and nothing. At some point, since it was already 5:30 pm I had to go to the bathroom and they told me that it was not possible. Eventually they realize that they were wrong to take other people before me, who was already there long enough to wait for my turn. From there hell started. The lady standing in front of the entrance started screaming at me with very heavy insults. She seemed possessed and yet I didn't do anything to him. She started to scream that she works for free which is a voluntary service, I knew nothing about this since it was the first time I went to that place. I said very kindly that I did not know and if I have to pay there is no problem. Since I did the practice for Covid 19 of the domestic workers the lady only took the data without giving me a receipt with my case number . Then he told me that they do not upload to the PC because they go to the INPS in person to deliver the documents in paper form. When I got out of there, I called the INPS who told me that they are not open and that no volunteer goes to them to bring paper documents. Honestly, I was amazed at the way the lady behaves with the shutters that go there. However, I have a good video with the lady of how she was possessed and how she behaved.
