Devo inoltre complimentarmi perr la scelta del personale che ho trovato preparato e gentile nell'approccio con il cliente seguendolo e consigliandolo nell'acquisto del prodotto. Devo complimentarmi con una commessa che mi pare si chiami Miriam o Mariam (ha risposto al telefono e non ho capito bene il nome) la quale ha capito immediatamente ciò che io cercavo e mi ha consigliato altri prodotti intuendo le mie necessità (prodotti che ho comperato e e continuerò a comprarli). Ma cosa peggiore è che poche sono le addette alle vendite veramente preparate. Chiedi aiuto ed informazioni ma vendono i prodotti a caso . Ultimi due acquisti per la mia necessità, assolutamente inutili. Se chiedo un prodotto specifico per i piedi, non posso arrivare a casa e trovarmi dei sali per un pediluvio. A	Arianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da molti anni ormai conosco questo negozio e sono una loro cliente abituale,diciamo che le varie offerte che arrivano a casa sotto forma di cartolina,i messaggi sul cellulare e la bellissima app ricca di tante promozioni invoglia a fare un salto e prendere sempre qualcosa anche quando ci si reca al centro commerciale per fare acquisti di altro genere.Le fragranze sono veramente buone soprattutto le creme solari,buonissima la 50+(decisamente impossibile scottarsi) per chi ha la pelle ultra delicata..Ho modificato da 4a 2 stelle la mia recensione in quanto a causa di un premio (che non è mai arrivato e neppure arriva più e aveva anche un contributo da pagare non GRATIS),le commesse mi hanno veramente deluso. Può essere che a causa delle feste natalizie fossero sottopressione ma il cliente(soprattutto abituale)va trattato bene,ascoltato e aiutato,invece loro se ne sono fregate del mio problema è ho dovuto arrangiarmi da sola a risolverlo contattando la sede centrale .Ora sto aspettando il nuovo premio sostitutivo che se fosse x loro non mi sarebbe mai stato richiesto. Mi dispiace perché questo negozio mi è molto più comodo non avendo la patente,ma se posso andrò alla Nave de vero.Lí ce n'è un'altro e la commessa Naty é molto più simpatica,gentile e responsabile,mai una delusione.
