★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza oggi all' Kiko ....la commessa pretende che tu debba comprare il rossetto senza che tu veda il tester(perché non c'è l'ha) .....ma dove siamo?????senza parlare della cassiera ...sembrava un extraterrestre che guarda i clienti dall'alto in basso!!!!!Non entrerò mai più su un negozio Kiko !!!!
 Very bad experience today at Kiko .... the saleswoman demands that you have to buy the lipstick without you seeing the tester (because there isn't one) ..... but where are we ????? without speaking of the cashier ... he looked like an extraterrestrial looking down on customers !!!!! I will never enter a Kiko shop again !!!!

Very rude staff with a nasty smell. He sold me a product for more money and when I realized it he kept saying he was right, even though the price was written on the tag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA A DIR POCO ORRIBILE, commessa con capelli lunghi neri (molto giovane tra l'altro) mi ha mostrato una matita per gli occhi che poi ho deciso di prendere; una volta arrivata a casa apro e vedo che mi ha consegnato una matita non richiesta, quindi diversa da quella che mi aveva mostrato. Due giorni dopo sono tornata per farla cambiare ed una volta li un'altra commessa mi accusa di averla rotta (quando io non l'ho mai usata) e mi dice che non può cambiarla perché era in promozione(oltra al fatto che fosse rotta, non da me oltretutto) quindi doppia fregatura mi vendono una matita che non avevo chiesto e pure rotta, davvero furbi complimenti.
In sostanza non ci ritornerò più e consiglio vivamente a tutti di guardare il contenuto del prodotto che vi danno prima di acquistarlo.
EXPERIENCE TO DIR LITTLE HORRIBLE, saleswoman with long black hair (very young by the way) showed me an eyebrow pencil which I then decided to take; once I get home I open it and see that he has given me an unsolicited pencil, therefore different from the one he had shown me. Two days later I came back to have it changed and once there another saleswoman accuses me of having broken it (when I have never used it) and tells me that she cannot change it because it was in promotion (besides the fact that it was broken, not from me plus) then double rip off they sell me a pencil that I had not asked for and also broken, really clever compliments.
Basically I will not go back there again and I highly recommend everyone to look at the contents of the product they give you before buying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione al top. Ho accompagnato mia moglie per un cambio, solo colore, consegnato diverso da quello scelto. Il cambio è stato fatto con sbuffi e sorrisi ironici sotto la mascherina, ho percepito tanta ostilità alla nostra richiesta e quando l'abbiamo fatto notare ci viene detto che dietro la mascherina non si vede. Quindi possiamo pure per fessi.
All'uscita mia moglie mi dice :qui non mi vedono più. Hai ragione! rispondo io.
Top rudeness. I accompanied my wife for a change, only color, delivered different from the one chosen. The change was made with puffs and ironic smiles under the mask, I felt a lot of hostility to our request and when we pointed it out we are told that behind the mask it is not seen. So we can also for fools.
On leaving, my wife tells me: they don't see me here anymore. You are right! I answer.
