Non so dire se i prezzi sono oltre la media, ma un sorriso ed un tono accogliente preferisco trovarli anziché rincorrerli.... Kind, helpful, competent and professional. Sorry if it is not enough to find these values all together. I am very satisfied with their treatments. I don't know if the prices are above average, but a smile and a welcoming tone I prefer to find them rather than chase them ....

Gentile e professionale, ma per colpa di una cliente prima di me, ho aspettato 30MINUTI oltre l'ora del mio appuntamento, e passi... ma MI ASPETTAVO ALMENO DELLE SCUSE quando ho pagato PER INTERO il mio servizio, non come chi, oltre a farmi perdere tempo, protesta per i costi e gli scontano il totale... Io solo perché sono stata educata e buona vengo anche "presa in giro" perche avevo fretta di andar via... Ed ero in ritardo di 40 MINUTI per colpa della cliente precedente. Importo pagato € 28,00 + € 10,00 per manicure ( al momento dell'appuntamento non ti informano che nei 28 euro non è compresa la manicure che per ovvi motivi va eseguita.. Appuntamento alle 16.45 e mi hanno fatta entrare dopo le 17,00.. Per mancanza di cabine libere mi volevano fare il trattamento sul lettino. Al mio rifiuto mi hanno fatto sedere su una poltroncina con un asciugamano per non sporcarmi l'abito e la macchinetta per asciugare le unghie appoggiata sopra le mie ginocchia. Non ultimo, a casa mi sono accorta che in un' unghia (foto pollice dx, manca proprio lo smalto. Quindi € 38, 00 letteralmente spesi malissimo. Ed ora sto cercando di togliere dalle mie unghie questo pessimo lavoro che non ha tenuto neppure per una settimana.
