I prezzi sono ottimi per una certa fascia di prodotti e "standard" per i top di gamma che paghereste così in ogni altro negozio di questo genere. Migliorerei un po' il rapporto con la clientela per evitare che uno poi non ci voglia più tornare. Hard not to find what you are looking for in this type of shop! The prices are excellent for a certain range of products and "standard" for the top of the range that you would pay in any other shop of this kind. I would improve the relationship with the customers a little to avoid that one will never want to come back.

Personale con me scortese, che mi ha richiesto mansioni che non era mio compito svolgere, poco professionale. Mi dispiace, ma sephora è un altro livello. Quella é la classica profumeria sempliciotta di periferia, con comnesse dalla competenza a mio avviso dubbia. Devo dire come nota positiva i prezzi, sono abbastanza bassi I have been there as hostess, however with experience of perfumery from Sephora. Unfriendly staff, who asked me for tasks that were not my job, unprofessional. I'm sorry, but sephora is another level. That is the classic simplistic suburb perfumery, with connections in my opinion doubtful competence. On a positive note, the prices are quite low

Ho chiesto alla commessa, alta e con capelli lunghissimi, se gentilmente mi facesse vedere come era fatto dentro visto che non c'era l'esposto. Alla mia domanda mi é stato risposto che era impossibile visto che all' interno era con il cellophane. Controlla timidamente e riesco a a intravedere che c'era a carta.. per cui semplicissimo, no? Lei chiude velocemente e mi dice "vede c'e il cellophane " io a quel punto insisto perché mi sento presa in giro e le sottolineo che avevo visto che c'era la carta .. lei in tutta risposta mi dice " ma é difficile rimetterla dentro". Le ho detto inoltre che sarebbe stato gentile da parte sua mostrarli altrimenti così non si sarebbero venduti e avrebbe perso dei clienti.. Lei mi guarda e alza le spalle come per dire " pazienza". A quel punto giro i tacchi e salutandola le dico " ecco ne ha già perso una" !!!! In Questo negozio non ci tornerò più finché all'orizzonte vedrò questa commessa... I also told her that it would be kind of her to show them otherwise so they wouldn't sell out and lose customers. She looks at me and shrugs as if to say "patience". At that point I turn my heels and say goodbye to her "here she has already lost one" !!!! I won't go back to this shop until I see this saleswoman on the horizon ...
