★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, disdicono gli appuntamenti il giorno stesso o addirittura ti presenti li non sapendo che l appuntamento è stato disdetto. Il tutto è capitato per 4 volte di seguito, se volete evitare di essere presi in giro evitate questo posto!
I strongly advise against this place, cancel appointments on the same day or even show up not knowing that the appointment has been canceled. Everything happened 4 times in a row, if you want to avoid being fooled avoid this place!

1 effettuato (professionalità inesistente) infatti dopo due gg mi si era già rovinato ed ho tolto tutto.
Per quanto riguarda gli altri due appuntamenti... mai effettuati.
Alcuni gg prima del secondo appuntamento, ricevo telefonata da parte della proprietaria, la quale si scusa ma mi avverte che deve disdire perché l’estetista si è licenziata. Mi dice che mi avrebbe richiamata a breve. Dopo due mesi ... sono ancora in attesa.
Comprendo che 29,90 euro per 3 manicure con smalto semipermanente sia una cifra irrisoria, ma tengo a precisare che della manicure ... nemmeno l’ombra. Per quanto riguarda l’applicazione dello smalto, stenderei un velo pietoso.

Bad experience. Groupon voucher purchased for 3 semi-permanent enamels.
1 carried out (inexistent professionalism) in fact after two days I was already ruined and I took everything away.
As for the other two appointments ... never made.
Some days before the second appointment, I receive a phone call from the owner, who apologizes but warns me that she has to cancel because the beautician has resigned. He tells me he would call me back soon. After two months ... I'm still waiting.
I understand that € 29.90 for 3 manicure with semi-permanent polish is a ridiculously low amount, but I want to clarify that the manicure ... not even the shadow. As for the application of the enamel, I would apply a pitiful veil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 anni fa ho eseguito 10 sedute di depilazione laser pagate 500 eur ed è ricresciuto tutto (la seduta in omaggio promessa non me l hanno mai fatta motivando che il laser era rotto). Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato offerto un trattamento ai capelli (??). Poi mi hanno bloccata.
2 years ago I performed 10 laser hair removal sessions paid for 500 eur and everything grew back (the promised free session was never given to me, motivating that the laser was broken). To my grievances I was offered a hair treatment (??). Then they blocked me.
