Ho ordinato il top della mia cucina con alzatine e zoccoletti specificando, anche per iscritto, l'altezza degli stessi più volte perchè nel preventivo continuavano ad indicarla sbagliata. Risultato è che sono arrivati sbagliati e ho aspettato 2 mesi per avere quelli giusti. Ancora peggio, le alzatine sul top sono arrivate di colore diverso dal top! sono venuti 2 volte sempre portando quelle di colore sbagliato, l'ultima volta invece ne hanno portata una giusta e 3 sbagliate! ad oggi, 14/12/21, non hanno risolto il problema. Mi dicono che devo contattare il loro magazzino perchè è di loro competenza e non del negozio. La ragazza che mi risponde in negozio tuttavia è sempre molto gentile, ma questo non risolve il problema. Non date i vostri soldi a degli incompetenti.
Terrifying, totally incompetent!
I ordered the top of my kitchen with backsplashes and plinths specifying, even in writing, the height of the same several times because in the estimate they continued to indicate it wrong. The result is that they arrived wrong and I waited 2 months to get the right ones. Even worse, the splashbacks on the top came in a different color from the top! they came 2 times always carrying the wrong colors, the last time they brought the right one and 3 wrong ones! as of today, 12/14/21, they have not solved the problem. They tell me that I have to contact their warehouse because it is their responsibility and not the store. The girl who answers me in the shop however is always very nice, but that doesn't solve the problem. Don't give your money to incompetents.

L'arredatrice Fabiola ci ha seguito molto bene ed ha capito le nostre esigenze. abbiamo scelto una bellissima cabina armadio, un mobile per il soggiorno ed un divano in tessuto antimacchia. siamo stati molto soddisfatti del lavoro svolto dai montatori Luca e Renato che in poco tempo e in modo molto professionale hanno montato il tutto alla perfezione.
Excellent value for money. The interior designer Fabiola followed us very well and understood our needs. we have chosen a beautiful walk-in closet, a piece of furniture for the living room and a stain-resistant fabric sofa. we were very satisfied with the work done by the fitters Luca and Renato who in a short time and in a very professional way assembled everything to perfection.

Da due mesi dal montaggio stiamo ancora aspettando dei pezzi mancanti, e nonostante svariate telefonate e solleciti, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto una assistenza adeguata (la cucina non è completamente utilizzabile). Non compreremo mai più da Febal!!
Satisfactory kitchen design and purchase, bad after-sales service! We have been waiting for the missing pieces for two months since assembly, and despite several phone calls and reminders, we have not yet received adequate assistance (the kitchen is not fully usable). We will never buy from Febal again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è partita in modo negativo armadi arrivati dopo mesi con pezzi rovinati o mancanti. Montatori poco competenti e poco attenti, oltre a montare le cose male non prestano la minima attenzione a cosa stanno facendo (è una ditta esterna a Febal che ho consigliato loro di cambiare) La qualità dei mobili non è super eccelsa, ma sembrano solidi e mi piacciono(a parte qualche graffio che mi tocca tenermi e che i cassetti siano poco profondi). La cosa che non mi piace è il dover pagare tutto anticipatamente e che il montaggio costi tantissimo. Il servizio clienti è molto attento e disponibile, risponde sempre e si arriva alle soluzioni, hanno infatti mandato alla fine un signore interno a Febal molto gentile e competente che mi ha risolto, dopo mesi di tribolazione, molti problemi.
My experience started in a negative way wardrobes arrived after months with damaged or missing pieces. Not very competent and careless fitters, in addition to assembling things badly, they don't pay the slightest attention to what they are doing (it is a company outside Febal that I advised them to change) The quality of the furniture is not super excellent, but they seem solid and I like them (apart from a few scratches that I have to keep and that the drawers are not very deep). The thing I don't like is having to pay everything upfront and that the assembly costs a lot. The customer service is very attentive and helpful, always responds and solutions are reached, in fact they sent in the end a very kind and competent internal gentleman in Febal who solved many problems for me, after months of tribulation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a questo negozio per una parete soggiorno, avevamo una situazione particolare con una piccola parte di parete di cartongesso, abbiamo passato due ore al negozio con Fabiola a progettare la parete cercando di appendere i vari complementi sospesi al di fuori del cartongesso.
Dopo quasi 5 mesi di attesa, UN BEL PAGAMENTO ANTICIPATO e vari ritardi arrivano finalmente i ragazzi a montare il mobile e oltre PARECCHI pezzi mancanti scopriamo anche che i complementi non sono come previsto dal progetto e non possono stare sospesi perché ricadono proprio dove c'è il cartongesso.
A questo punto sono veramente delusa. Di che cosa abbiamo parlato per due ore? Che progetto è stato fatto?
I complementi devono stare per forza appoggiati a terra e non possono stare sospesi come promesso.
Ci eravamo rivolti a voi nella speranza che rispetto ad altre catene i casi particolari fossero seguiti in maniera più scrupolosa. Il complemento appoggiato a terra ero capace di progettarmelo pure da sola da Ikea con un altra spesa ed altre tempistiche. Grazie molte Febal sicuramente non consiglio a nessuno di rivolgersi a voi.
We turned to this shop for a living room wall, we had a particular situation with a small part of the plasterboard wall, we spent two hours at the shop with Fabiola designing the wall trying to hang the various suspended accessories outside the plasterboard.
After almost 5 months of waiting, A NICE ADVANCE PAYMENT and various delays the guys finally arrive to assemble the furniture and beyond SEVERAL missing pieces we also discover that the accessories are not as expected from the project and cannot be suspended because they fall right where they are. the plasterboard.
At this point I am really disappointed. What did we talk about for two hours? What project has been done?
The accessories must necessarily rest on the ground and cannot be suspended as promised.
We turned to you in the hope that, compared to other chains, particular cases would be followed more scrupulously. The complement placed on the ground I was able to design it myself from Ikea with another expense and other timing. Thank you very much Febal definitely do not advise anyone to turn to you.
