A distanza di anni ho avuto un problema su una delle sedie (costo unitario 650€). Sotto loro suggerimento telefonico, porto la sedia rotta al loro punto vendita di Varedo, nella speranza che mi dessero una soluzione per sistemarla. La risposta è stata "la sedia la può buttare". Per onor di cronaca, ci tengo a precisare che il problema non era legato alla pelle (integra) bensì alla struttura (in metallo) della spalliera che si è spezzata. Piuttosto infuriato, attraverso la strada e mi reco in un piccolo negozietto dove fanno divani su misura, un artigiano. Faccio vedere la sedia, la smonta e onestamente mi dice che lui non poteva ripararla, però mi dice cosa fare e a chi rivolgermi, il tutto a 0€ e senza rovinare la pelle. Grazie all'onesto artigiano che poteva benissimo fregarsene. In quanto ai signori di Sedie Milano dico solo una cosa: complimenti vivissimi...voi si che ci sapete fare con i clienti. Mai più!!! Customer support ... an unknown thing !!! 6 years ago we bought chairs and a table in the Lissone store (now closed). Years later I had a problem with one of the chairs (unit cost € 650). At their telephone suggestion, I take the broken chair to their store in Varedo, in the hope that they would give me a solution to fix it. The answer was "the chair can be thrown away". For the record, I want to clarify that the problem was not related to the skin (intact) but to the structure (in metal) of the back which has broken. Rather infuriated, I cross the street and go to a small shop where they make custom-made sofas, a craftsman. I show the chair, he takes it apart and he honestly tells me that he couldn't fix it, but he tells me what to do and who to turn to, all for € 0 and without damaging the skin. Thanks to the honest craftsman who could very well not care. As for the gentlemen of Sedia Milano, I can only say one thing: heartfelt congratulations ... you know how to deal with customers. Never again!!!
