★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato in settimana chiedendo se serviva un'appuntamento di sabato per un preventivo e l'uomo che ha risposto ci ha detto che non serviva, essendo in due a fare i preventivi bastava presentarsi. Sabato ci siamo presentati e ci hanno risposto con: beh ma è ovvio che per fare un preventivo ci vuole un appuntamento. La cosa che mi ha dato ancora più fastidio è come si è posto nei nostri confronti il signore che ci ha "accolti" , trattandoci come due ragazzini ingenui e tanto meno scusandomi del disguido, trovando solo scuse come se noi non avessimo capito. Non ha neanche provato a proporci di prendere un appuntamento. Hanno perso un cliente certo, essendo già stati cliente soddisfatti tre anni fa in altro negozio Scavolini. Siamo andati in altro store Scavolini
We called during the week asking if we needed an appointment on Saturday for a quote and the man who replied told us that it was not necessary, since two of them made the estimates it was enough to show up. On Saturday we introduced ourselves and they replied with: well but it is obvious that to make a quote you need an appointment. The thing that bothered me even more is how the gentleman who "welcomed" us, treating us like two naive kids and even less apologizing for the inconvenience, finding only excuses as if we did not understand. He didn't even try to offer us an appointment. They lost a certain customer, having already been satisfied customers three years ago in another Scavolini store. We went to another Scavolini store
