D	Daniela Rizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arredamento composto da soggiorno, cucina completa, mobile bagno e camera da letto...cucina ordinata a febbraio 2012 e il resto a seguire in vari ordini fino a circa agosto 2012. consegna richiesta a novembre 2012. Una settimana prima della data stabilita per la consegna ci segnalano che la merce non è arrivata tutta... e va bene. Si presentano con il resto dell'arredamento con vari pezzi che non corrispondono a ciò che avevamo ordinato ma alla fine erano comunque ok per la casa... e va bene non li abbiamo nemmeno segnalati... montano la cucina e cara grazia l'idraulico si accorge che il buco fatto per il lavello non fa passare il miscelatore, in totale una settimana senza poter usare la cucina, doppie spese di uscita idraulico, una settimana di pasti fuori... soldi che se ne vanno .... ritornano con il top con il foro giusto e... udite udite: è di un altro colore!!! allora vanno in ordine altri pezzi di top per far si che sia tutto uguale, poi mancavano i vetri dei pensili, totale sono venuti tre volte, un mese di attesa per avere tutto, non sono stati in grado di tagliare dritta una fascia di tamponamento e tutto questo per un ordine effettuato ben 8 mesi prima...il mobile bagno è stato progettato in un modo, il mobiliere è uscito a prendere le misure e poi all'arrivo dei pezzi i ragazzi che montavano il tutto non hanno potuto eseguire il progetto per la tipologia di specchio... questa è la mia esperienza, non ho avuto un centesimo di sconto, volevo consigliarlo a un paio di colleghi e ai miei genitori ma adesso posso solo dire lasciate stare. Ottimi i mobili ma ordini gestiti malissimo! Furnishing composed of living room, complete kitchen, bathroom cabinet and bedroom ... kitchen ordered in February 2012 and the rest to follow in various orders until about August 2012. request delivery in November 2012. One week before the date set for the delivery tell us that the goods did not arrive all ... and that's fine. They come with the rest of the furniture with various pieces that do not correspond to what we had ordered but in the end they were still ok for the house ... and okay we have not even reported them ... they assemble the kitchen and dear grace the plumber realizes that the hole made for the sink does not make the mixer pass, in total a week without being able to use the kitchen, double expenses for hydraulic exit, a week of meals out ... money that they leave ... they return with the top in the right hole and ... listen, listen: it's another color !!! then other pieces of tops are in order to make sure that everything is the same, then the glass in the wall units was missing, total came three times, a month of waiting to have everything, they were not able to cut straight off a buffer strip and all this for an order placed a good 8 months before ... the bathroom cabinet was designed in a way, the furniture maker went out to take measurements and then when the pieces arrived the boys who were assembled all could not execute the project for the type of mirror ... this is my experience, I didn't have a penny off, I wanted to recommend it to a couple of colleagues and to my parents but now I can only say let it go. Excellent furniture but very poorly managed orders!
