M	MB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.7.21 inizio della via crucis, ordiniamo un lampadario a sospensione a fine luglio, ci dicono che ci vogliono un paio di mesi per la consegna, diamo acconto e attendiamo, inizia ottobre, lasciamo passare altri 15gg perché non si sa mai c'era agosto di mezzo.... 20 ottobre non avendo notizie chiamiamo per aggiornamenti, ci dicono che verificano in magazzino e che ci avrebbero richiamato, nulla per 5gg, chiamiamo noi... con sorprese apprendiamo che l'ordine non è partito, sconsolati ma fiducisi ci rechiamo in negozio, ci dicono che faranno partire l'ordine ma ci vorranno altri 2 mesi...rassegnati, attendiamo... dicembre come promesso arriva il tanto agoniato lampadario! Ma come per magia mancano dei pezzi! E niente nuova attesa, passa una settimana nulla di nuovo, chiamiamo, ci passano il magazzino, non si trova il magazziniere... ci dicono che ci avrebbero richiamato a breve, il nulla per altri 2gg, mandiamo mail, nulla, richiamiamo... il pezzo e arrivato! 21.12.21 fine della via crucis. 21.7.21 beginning of the via crucis, we order a suspension lamp at the end of July, they tell us that it takes a couple of months for delivery, we give the deposit and wait, it starts October, we let another 15 days pass because you never know it was there middle August .... 20 October having no news we call for updates, they tell us that they check in the warehouse and that they would call us back, nothing for 5 days, we call ... with surprises we learn that the order has not left, disconsolate but trust us we go to the shop, they tell us that they will start the order but it will take another 2 months ... resigned, we wait ... December as promised the much agonized chandelier arrives! But as if by magic some pieces are missing! And no new waiting, nothing new goes by, we call, they pass us the warehouse, we can't find the warehouse worker ... they tell us they would call us back shortly, nothing for another 2 days, we send mail, nothing, we call back .. the piece has arrived! 21.12.21 end of the via crucis.
