★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti quelli che scrivono "personale gentile, disponibile..", mah, chissà com'è le poche volte che capito io trovo addetti menefreghisti e soprattutto ragazze in cassa di un'antipatia impressionante e neanche ti salutano. Riguardo alla merce, ho trovato e non trovato.. ovviamente non può essere paragonabile a Leroy merlin. Abito a pochi passi ma, al bisogno e per la "cortesia" che trovo qui , preferisco fare più strada per andare da un'altra parte. Mi chiamo Massimo, casomai voleste rispondermi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dirlo ma era meglio quando era Fillegno perché c'era un responsabile per ogni reparto e conoscevano bene gli articoli che vendevano. Adesso purtroppo devi cercare gli addetti con il lanternino spesso come è accaduto oggi non sanno bene se un prodotto c'è oppure no e non ti seguono nell'acquisto come una volta. Sinceramente il personale mi sembra un po' svogliato nello svolgere il proprio lavoro. Sarà che quando era Fillegno due dei proprietari giravano sempre per i reparti anche a dare una mano, se posso permettermi un consiglio ci vorrebbe un responsabile in giro per il negozio che controlli ma soprattutto disponibile a coprire le mancanze dei colleghi. P.S. un sorriso da parte degli addetti ai lavori non guasterebbe, mi scuso per il mio sfogo che vuole solo essere una critica costruttiva se può servire a qualcosa. Honestly, the staff seem a bit listless in doing their job. Maybe when he was Fillegno two of the owners always wandered around the departments even to lend a hand, if I can afford some advice it would take a manager around the shop you control but above all available to cover the shortcomings of colleagues.
