I am waiting for two Colico Milano chairs since May that I ordered over a retailer. First the have production issues (that took 4 months to resolve!) now they are "overloaded with orders" that can not be fulfilled since two months - at leats this is what they told me. I am waiting for two chairs for 6 months now and both, my "authorized retailer" and Colico do not answer my requests or play transparent what is going on.
In the meantime I cancelled my order and wanted my money back. The retailer ignores my cancellation of order, instead he quotes fake delivery dates. Asking Colico for statements on delivery timings, they play dead and ignore customer requests (I should ask my retailer - remember: the authorized one, that ignores me!).
So if you are looking for italian design furniture, I can NOT recommend to chose Colico as they do not command over serious retailers as well as they seem to have internal issues when it comes to production and logistics. If you ask questions, they ignore you.
I had to escalate the whole thing to the European Consumer Centre. Still pending.
Highly unprofessional, intransparent and disappointing in any aspect. Sorry.
