c	carmen corona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otto anni fa ho comprato un tavolo con quattro sedie di Zanotta per la mia cucina da un rivenditore di Boltiere il quale me ne aveva tanto decantato la qualità e la robustezza. Circa un anno fa si rompe la gamba di una delle quattro sedie sulla quale c'era seduto mio marito con la nipotina, vi lascio immaginare lo spavento. Ovviamente ho chiesto subito spiegazioni al rivenditore il quale mi ha risposto che poteva essere un difetto nella fusione della lega: la porto per ripararla e mi chiedono BEN 70 EURO, va beh! Oltretutto mi dice che dopo 8 anni ormai era ora di cambiarle, assurdo! Dieci mesi dopo si ripresenta il problema con un'altra sedia, sulla quale c'era seduto il nonno quasi novantenne, anche qui, fortunatamente, senza conseguenze. A questo punto la domanda sorge spontanea: possibile che possa essere stato ancora un difetto di fabbrica o di lega? Questa volta mi sono astenuta nel comunicarlo al rivenditore per evitare di ricevere l'ennesima assurda risposta, ho deciso comunque di scrivere questa recensione perché mi sembra giusto informare gli eventuali futuri acquirenti che non faranno proprio un affare, prezzi allucinanti e qualità scadente! Che delusione! Eight years ago I bought a table with four chairs Zanotta for my kitchen as a retailer of Bolton where I had highly praised the quality and robustness. About a year ago they broke the leg of one of the four chairs on which my husband was sitting with her granddaughter, you can imagine the fright. Of course I immediately asked explanations to the dealer who told me that he could be a defect in the casting alloy: the port to repair it and ask me BEN 70 EURO, okay! Moreover he tells me that after 8 years it was time to change them, absurd! Ten months later, the problem reoccurs with another chair, on which was sitting his grandfather nearly ninety, even here, fortunately without consequences. At this point the question arises: could it still have been a factory or a league defect? This time I have refrained when conveying this to the dealer to avoid receiving yet another absurd answer, I still decided to write this review because it seems right to inform any prospective buyers who do not make a right deal, hallucinatory prices and poor quality! What a disappointment!

Qualche giorno fa è saltata la saldatura di una gamba...scritto una pec vediamo se rispondono e sopratutto sistemano. Per ora 2 stelle, confido rispondano e propongano una soluzione. In May 2019 I bought a Judy armchair by Zanotta ... well paid. A few days ago the welding of a leg was skipped ... written a pec let's see if they respond and above all they fix. For now 2 stars, I trust they will answer and propose a solution.

Contacté, Zanotta n'a jamais accepté de réparer le Sofa à leurs frais. Plus jamais je n'achète du Zanotta. Même un canapé Ikea ça ne fait pas ça. Inacceptable. Disappointed with the quality of the Sofa "Zanotta Alfa" paid for 4,500 EUROS. After 4 years, the file collapsed. Contacted, Zanotta never agreed to repair the Sofa at their expense.
