★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una esperienza da dimenticare un calvario infinito , da aprile ad ora (novembre) con la cucina sottosopra montata e smontata x ben 4 volte e ancora senza risolvere nulla , mi aggiustano una cosa ne danneggiano un'altra...un disagio infinito e se non bastasse dopo mesi di cose non risolte il direttore messo a conoscenza mi risponde con maleducazione e scortesia ....pessimo mai più......
An experience to forget an infinite ordeal, from April to now (November) with the kitchen upside down assembled and disassembled x 4 times and still without solving anything, they fix one thing for me they damage another ... an infinite discomfort and if not it was enough after months of unresolved things the director made aware of me replies with rudeness and rudeness .... bad never again ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Mi sono sentito preso in giro. Professionalita' e correttezza INESISTENTI.
Appuntamento per preventivo a fine novembre con il venditore cucine SC., arrivo all'incontro avendo anticipato piante con rilievi e foto via mail in modo da semplificare il tutto. Ho poi inviato dopo uno o due giorni dall'incontro le ulteriori informazioni richieste dal venditore. Attendevo il progetto e il preventivo in qualche giorno. Ma cosi NON e' stato. Ai miei solleciti (il venditore infatti non si e' mai degnato di contattarmi per aggiornarmi) mi e' sempre stato risposto che avrei ricevuto a giorni o inizio settimana successiva con scuse ridicole.
Dopo 2 mesi e mezzo di attesa e solo dopo aver contattato il direttore del negozio, ho ricevuto uno schizzo buttato giu' in tutta fretta, pieno di errori.
Eliminato Bergamin dalla mia lista di negozi, ce ne sono tanti altri molto meglio che al massimo in una settimana hanno fatto tutto.

Bad experience. I felt made fun of. NON-EXISTING professionalism and fairness.
Appointment for a quote at the end of November with the kitchen salesman SC., I arrive at the meeting having anticipated plants with reliefs and photos via email in order to simplify everything. I then sent the additional information requested by the seller after a day or two from the meeting. I was waiting for the project and the estimate in a few days. But this did not happen. To my reminders (in fact the seller never deigned to contact me to update me) I was always told that I would receive a few days or the beginning of the following week with ridiculous apologies.
After 2 and a half months of waiting and only after contacting the store manager, I received a sketch thrown down in a hurry, full of errors.
With Bergamin removed from my list of shops, there are many others much better that at most in a week have done everything.
NOT RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente ho ordinato presso Bergamin di Mestre una cucina “Veneta Cucine”, un soggiorno e mobiletti vari. Ho riscontrato nel Sig. Cecchinato Simone, consulente commerciale, grande professionalità e disponibilità. Persona preparata e cordiale. Anche nei “montatori” dei mobili ho trovato precisione e collaborazione. Malgrado alcuni ritardi oggettivi, non riconducibili alle persone sopra menzionate mi sono trovato bene, anche se ci sono stati dei disguidi amministrativi. Della Vedova Vittorino.
Recently I ordered a “Veneta Cucine” kitchen, a living room and various cabinets from Bergamin di Mestre. I found in Mr. Cecchinato Simone, commercial consultant, great professionalism and availability. Prepared and friendly person. Even in the furniture “assemblers” I found precision and collaboration. Despite some objective delays, not attributable to the people mentioned above, I was fine, even if there were some administrative problems. Of the Vedova Vittorino.
