I ragazzi sono accoglienti, preparati, sensibili ad ogni problematica e soprattutto competenti nel risolvere ogni problema. È stata presa in carico con dolcezza e tranquillità e anche se non ero presente durante la toelettatura sono sicura che hanno fatto il possibile per tranquillizzarla e rasserenarla. Ho incontrato Brian e Camilla, due ragazzi professionali, competenti, empatici che lavorano con passione e tanto amore. Con Camilla abbiamo intrapreso un percorso di inserimento al bagno, dedicandoci tempo e attenzioni in modo da ottenere i migliori risultati senza traumi per il cane. Con Brian abbiamo anche iniziato un percorso educativo fatto di incontri e tante proposte che abbiamo trovato utili ed interessanti. Esperienza super positiva. Consigliatissimi!
