★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra che lavorare o rispondere al telefono per una semplice informazione sia un optional li, le prime 2 volte mi hanno buttato giù e poi non ha risposto più
nessuno! se dovete fare ordini controllate bene quello che ordinate, vi arriva la roba sbagliata e sprecate 2 mesi per niente ! Andate agli stare di venezia o san donà che li lavorano bene e sono super disponibili!
It seems that working or answering the phone for a simple information is optional there, the first 2 times they knocked me down and then didn't answer anymore
nobody! if you have to place orders check carefully what you order, the wrong stuff arrives and you waste 2 months for nothing! Go to stay in venice or san donà who work them well and are super helpful!

Giovanni per la professionalità dimostrata sia nella fase d’ordine, sia nella fase post vendita dove ho potuto constatare la preparazione del personale pronto a consigliare la giusta scelta per le mie esigenze. Nel post vendita stessa gentilezza e professionalità. È doveroso estendere i ringraziamenti anche al personale responsabile del punto vendita di Mestre per aver gestito egregiamente il reclamo dopo aver subito un danno di rottura piastrelle avvenuto in fase di trasporto. Il tempismo e il trasporto premium del materiale oggetto di reclamo, pagato dallo stesso punto vendita, mi ha evitato il fermo cantiere. Ringrazio inoltre il personale della sede centrale di Modena il quale si è dimostrato molto disponibile e comprensivo nel consigliarmi il miglior iter procedurale per gestire al meglio il reclamo. Il materiale acquistato è di ottima qualità a prezzi concorrenziali e con ottime offerte.
Tracciabilità dell’ordine molto chiara e precisa, aggiornata in ogni fase del processo sino alla consegna. Chiarezza e trasparenza i punti forti nonché la vasta scelta dei materiali disponibili.

Thanks also to the staff in charge of the Mestre store for having managed the complaint very well after having suffered tile breakage damage during transport. The timing and premium transportation of the material being complained about, paid for by the same store, saved me from downtime.
