I purchased two mattresses and a bed. I can confirm the quality of the product after some time. I found welcome, competence and kindness from the staff who followed me, with particular attention to promptly replacing a non-compliant piece of the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DELUSIONE Ho acquistato il 26/10 senza problemi e molto velocemente un materasso avvisando il venditore della mia urgenza nella consegna. Mi viene comunicato a parole che i tempi di consegna sono circa 10/15gg. Errore mio non aver letto la data di consegna a ctr "dopo il 14/11", (che a questo punto potrebbe essere anche a Natale) ma nelle note c'è anche scritto consegna urgente. Ho chiamato dopo circa 20 giorni per sapere a che punto era e mi hanno comunicato che il 18/11 mi avrebbero consegnato il materasso ma ad oggi non ho saputo nulla.
DISAPPOINTMENT I purchased the 26/10 without problems and very quickly a mattress advising the seller of my urgency in the delivery. I am told in words that delivery times are around 10/15 days. My mistake not having read the delivery date to ctr "after 14/11" (which at this point could also be at Christmas) but in the notes there is also written urgent delivery. I called after about 20 days to find out where it was and they told me that 18/11 would give me the mattress but to date I didn't know anything.
