Nel pomeriggio di Domenica 8 Agosto ho chiesto informazioni per l'acquisto di un letto ortopedico (Special 120) tramite la chat del sito, dopo una breve ma esauriente risposta, alle ore 9:30 del giorno successivo sono stato contattato dal Sig.Claudio che mi ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni del caso e già nel primo pomeriggio dello stesso giorno mi aveva garantito la consegna ed installazione presso la mia abitazione per le ore 15:00 di oggi (mercoledì 11 agosto). Oggi, alle ore 13:30, in anticipo rispetto agli accordi presi, si sono presentati gli installatori che in modo veloce, dimostrando ottima competenza e professionalità, prima hanno scaricato e quindi montato il letto fornendo tutte le spiegazioni necessarie all'utilizzo del letto. Grazie di cuore.

On the afternoon of Sunday 8 August I asked for information on the purchase of an orthopedic bed (Special 120) through the chat on the site, after a brief but thorough reply, at 9:30 the next day I was contacted by Mr. Claudio who he provided me with all the explanations of the case and already in the early afternoon of the same day he had guaranteed me the delivery and installation at my home by 15:00 today (Wednesday 11 August). Today, at 1.30 pm, in advance of the agreements made, the installers showed up who quickly, demonstrating excellent competence and professionalism, first unloaded and then assembled the bed providing all the necessary explanations for the use of the bed. Thank you with all my heart.
