Stanchezza perché il team di maestri e istruttori riesce a farti dare il 110% delle tue possibilità, soddisfazione perché ad ogni allenamento ti accorgi dei miglioramenti ottenuti e delle cose nuove che ti hanno insegnato, felicità perché tutto questo alla fine non ti è pesato perché l'hai fatto col sorriso sulle labbra in un ambiente famigliare ma "severo", nel quale non sei solo un iscritto ma parte di un gruppo .
