L	Luigi Cerrato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra da più di un anno, e non c'è mai stato un giorno in cui non sono stato accolto con un sorriso dal desk, dai proprietari e dagli istruttori. Questi ultimi sono molto preparati e disponibili e ti seguono bene in ogni esercizio. La palestra è piccolina ma gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, e fatto salvo gli orari di picco, ci si riesce a muovere bene. Buono anche il catalogo dei corsi, con lo spinning a farla da padrone. Sarebbe carino se si potesse restare dentro anche dopo le 22, per agevolare chi finisce tardi al lavoro e ha voglia di sfogarsi un po' prima della nanna :-) ma nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto. I have been attending this gym for over a year, and there has never been a day when I was not greeted with a smile by the desk, the owners and the instructors. The latter are very prepared and available and follow you well in every exercise. The gym is small but the spaces are well distributed, and except for the peak times, you can move well. The course catalog is also good, with spinning to lord it. It would be nice if you could stay inside even after 10pm, to help those who end up late at work and want to let off steam a little before bedtime :-) but overall I'm very satisfied.

È piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per un buon allenamento, nonché, come ingrediente segreto, la cordialità, genuinità e simpatia dei proprietari e personal trainers. Rispetto alle altre, ha una marcia in più: passione per il mondo del fitness e la voglia di rendere il cliente sempre soddisfatto. Bravi! I have been going to this gym for several years now. It is small but has everything you need for a good workout, as well as, as a secret ingredient, the friendliness, genuineness and friendliness of the owners and personal trainers. Ambiente pulito, luminoso, fresco d'estate caldo d'inverno. Consiglio. Excellent gym open for over 10 years, where you can train / let off steam even with dedicated courses. Clean, bright, cool in summer and warm in winter. Advise.

Sembra fermo dal 1995 come minimo. Nota positiva: è una palestra luminosa. It has potential, but it really needs an urgent general refurbishment, both as a place and locker rooms, as well as equipment (cardio and otherwise). It seems to have stopped since 1995 at a minimum. Positive note: it is a bright gym.

Era da un po' di anni che non mi allenavo: sono stata guidata nel recupero con una tabella che risponde appieno alle mie esigenze! Felice di aver ripreso con voi ad avere il piacere di allenarmi e sentirmi bene! I have been attending the gym for about a month: I found availability, competence and kindness.
