★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è facile da raggiungere, relativamente vicino all'uscita di Castellanza. È abbastanza spaziosa e ben disposta in fatto di macchinari, rack e pesi. Assolutamente ottima per l'allenamento a corpo libero e CrossFit, gli spogliatoi(almeno, quelli maschili) non sono enormi ma sono comodi, con armadietti panche e docce, unica pecca, manca l'aria condizionata!
The gym is easy to reach, relatively close to the Castellanza exit. It is quite spacious and well laid out in terms of machinery, racks and weights. Absolutely excellent for bodyweight training and CrossFit, the changing rooms (at least, the men's ones) are not huge but they are comfortable, with lockers, benches and showers, the only flaw, there is no air conditioning!

Un ambiente dove ti senti a casa, allenarti diventa un piacere in un gruppo affiatato con dei coach professionisti che sanno seguirti aiutandoti se ci sono delle problematiche con esercizi alternativi.
Sono molto contenta della mia scelta. Consigliatissimo.

An environment where you feel at home, training becomes a pleasure in a close-knit group with professional coaches who know how to follow you, helping you if there are any problems with alternative exercises.
I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended.
