L	Laura Barlascini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino al momento della stipula del contratto nulla da dire, nel post vendita hanno invece mostrato tutt'altro atteggiamento. Ci era stato detto che la prima rata del finanziamento sarebbe stata trattenuta solo dopo la consegna del divano, ora ci ritroviamo con due rate trattenute, il divano ancora in produzione e nessuno che ci dia indicazioni, malgrado le numerose richieste, sia sulla consegna che su come bloccare il finanziamento, (Agos ci ha anche chiamato a chiedere notizie circa la conformità del bene). La consegna doveva avvenire entro 60 gg lavorativi, ne sono passati 70 e il divano è ancora in produzione, malgrado dal negozio dai primi di novembre ci venga detto che gli risulta in consegna per la settimana successiva. Peccato che sentendo la sede Chateau vengano puntualmente smentiti, quindi la presa in giro non regge più... Leggete bene il contratto che vi proporranno, se vorrete disdire per il LORO ritardo di consegna, perderete la caparra, se però non ritirerete il bene nei tempi previsti, vi verrà addebitato un tot al giorno... It is a pity that hearing the Chateau headquarters is promptly denied, so teasing does not hold up anymore ... Read the contract they offer you well, if you want to cancel for THEIR delivery delay, you will lose the deposit, but if you do not withdraw the good in the expected times, you will be charged a tot a day ... Absurd.

Al momento dell'ingresso e per i 20 minuti successivi nessuno si è interessato a me e a mia madre. Abbiamo a quel punto richiesto un supporto da parte di uno dei loro specialisti. Si è dimostrato cortese e alla fine abbiamo acquistato una coppia di divani e un letto. La consegna prevista per 8/10 luglio. Consegna effettuata a metà settembre dopo ripetuti solleciti e senza particolare interesse da parte loro. sono contenta della mia scelta: sono mobili molto belli, ma sconsiglio questo negozio. In May 2019, we went to Chateau d'ax to purchase a pair of sofas. At the time of entry and for the next 20 minutes no one was interested in me and my mother. We then requested support from one of their specialists. He was courteous and in the end we bought a couple of sofas and a bed. Delivery scheduled for 8/10 July. Delivery made in mid-September after repeated reminders and without particular interest on their part. I'm happy with my choice: they are very nice furniture, but I don't recommend this shop.

Acquistato letto con contenitore e materasso dopo 2 mesi problemi nel meccanismo e materasso sgonfiato da una parte..... tante parole belle bellissime sul materasso MADE IN ITALY...... Pagato più di 900€ ma non li vale.....LO SCONSIGLIO.......minimo è una stella ma non metterei neanche quella Many words of quality on the products but alas the reality is WELL DIFFERENT and not that they are cheap. Purchased bed with container and mattress after 2 months problems in the mechanism and mattress deflated on one side ..... many beautiful beautiful words on the MADE IN ITALY mattress ...... Paid more than € 900 but it is not worth it ... .. THE DISCOUNT ....... minimum is a star but I would not put that either
I	Isabella Rizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due anni fa ho comprato un divano angolare in pelle. Ho scelto la pelle più costosa. Mi hanno consigliato di fare una assicurazione Kasko valida per cinque anni. Questa estate mi accorgo che solo da una parte il divano sembra si sia sgonfiato. L’interno ( tutto un blocco fra scocca e cuscini ) infatti è una sorta di spugna. Così decido di chiamare il punto vendita per chiedere spiegazioni. Il rivenditore mi dice che l’assicurazione non copre danni di questo tipo. Ma mi consiglia di scrivere una mail per richiedere la consulenza di un tecnico. Ho scritto allegando anche le foto. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ho fatto vedere il divano ad un artigiano. Mi ha detto che continuerà a sgonfiarsi oltre che sfondarsi. In casa mia non ci sono bambini che saltano e non siamo due pesi massimi. Esperienza pessima così come i prodotti. Piuttosto spendete qualcosa in più ma mai più chateau d’ax! Two years ago I bought a leather corner sofa. I chose the most expensive leather. They advised me to take out Kasko insurance that is valid for five years. This summer I realize that only on one side the sofa seems to have deflated. The interior (a whole block between the shell and the cushions) is in fact a kind of sponge. So I decide to call the store to ask for an explanation. The retailer tells me that the insurance does not cover damage of this type. But I recommend that you write an email to request the advice of a technician. I wrote also attaching the photos. To date I have not received any response. I showed the sofa to a craftsman. He told me it will continue to deflate as well as break through. There are no jumping children in my house and we are not two heavyweights. Bad experience as well as products. Instead, spend a little more but never chateau d’ax again!

Ho chiamato l'assistenza a gennaio perché in un punto la pelle non c'è e l'assistenza non fa altro che dirmi che mi faranno chiamare dal tecnico. Il mio divano precedente sempre chateau d'ax è durato 15 anni ed era ancora in buono stato. La qualità è evidentemente peggiorata, per non parlare dell'assistenza! Mi sono già rivolta sia dove l'ho acquistato e sia al numero di assistenza che mi hanno dato in negozio, ma niente I bought a leather sofa (plus the best quality they had) worth 3 400 euros, which they delivered to me at the end of November 2020. Negozio ordinato e pulito e personale molto professionale e competente.. noi siamo stati seguiti da Paolo e devo dire che è riuscito a capire le nostre necessità e i nostri gusti riuscendo ad eliminare ogni nostro minimo dubbio al riguardo! Lo consiglio vivamente We went to this shop yesterday to buy a sofa and we really enjoyed it! Tidy and clean shop and very professional and competent staff .. we were followed by Paolo and I must say that he managed to understand our needs and our tastes, managing to eliminate our slightest doubts about it! I highly recommend it

Display of sofas not to my tastes, in my visit I did not find anything that struck my interest, the shop has a good display surface, well organized, attentive and kind staff, hand sanitization and temperature detection at the entrance, easy to reach, accessible to all, outdoor parking.
