Zone per corpo libero e per pesistica. Si viene seguiti senza costi aggiuntivi con annessa scheda per gli esercizi. Temperatura e luminosità sempre adeguata Adequate prices compared to what is normally found in the area, tools and machines of all kinds, large locker rooms with bathrooms and showers always clean. Palestra non molto grande ma con tutto ciò che serve, punto di forza a parer mio il fatto che c'è davvero poca gente e quindi molto bella per allenarsi. Il personale bravissimo e ti segue sempre aiutandoti con consigli e aggiustamenti. Fanno pure allenamento di sollevamento pesistica per gare con un insegnate dedicato. Temperatura accettabile spogliatoi ampi e docce belle calde e potenti After a long search, and after trying more than 15 gyms in the area I would say it is the best and in fact it deserved my membership. Gym not very big but with everything you need, a strong point in my opinion is the fact that there are very few people and therefore very nice to train. The staff are very good and always follow you, helping you with advice and adjustments. They also do weightlifting training for competitions with a dedicated teacher. Acceptable temperature.
