Tanto carina è disponibile la commessa, veramente professionale, che ne sono uscita con 3 reggiseni e una mutandina.i prodotti sono ottimi lo sappiamo, ma venire coccolati così nn e' da tutti. Complimenti.... avete una nuova cliente fissa. I was in the store today for the first time to buy a bra. Quando sono entrata in negozio Loredana G. stava già servendo altre clienti ma al mio arrivo ha gestito molto bene la situazione senza far aspettare nessuno seguendo contemporaneamente sia me che l'altra cliente. Nel frattempo è arrivata la collega Loredana D. presente alle operazioni di cassa, anche lei molto professionale. Ho accompagnato mia sorella a comprare, la quale ha un seno generoso e solo qui trova le taglie giuste. Visti i prezzi un pò più alti della media non ero inizialmente interessata ad acquistare. Ho dovuto ricredermi!! è stata la commessa Valentina a invogliarmi a provare qualche modello perchè ho visto quanto fosse attenta nel trovare modelli che potessero andare bene a mia sorella e le stavano così bene che anch'io desideravo un reggiseno con un simile sostegno. I modelli che mi ha fatto provare erano anche più economici di quanto pensassi in più mia sorella aveva uno sconto del 25% perchè con la tessera si possono ottenere dei "premi" o sconti con i punti acquisiti con gli acquisti. Insomma non ero entrata per comprare e sono uscita con un completino intimo e un costume da bagno. Credetemi che le ragazze troveranno finalmente il reggiseno per voi, il reggiseno dei sogni che indossato non dà alcun fastidio!! il bikini poi mi faceva sentire uno schianto! Ci sono stata dopo pranzo, per cui il negozio era deserto e c'erano ben 3 commesse intente a fare tutto fuorchè seguirmi. Il periodo è già di per sè difficile, ma se si sceglie di andare in un negozio fisico è perchè si cerca un certo tipo di feedback, ovvero un sorriso, un consiglio, un pò di empatia. Faccio lo stesso lavoro e so che non sempre è facile, come so che non sempre il cliente ha ragione. Ma se il cliente si pone in maneira gentile, perchè trattarlo come fosse una seccatura? Non tornerò mai più, ovviamente e mi spiace perchè i capi sono belli e di qualità. Never again. Rude salespeople, who don't follow you at all and who make you feel uncomfortable by rushing you.
