Quando andate in negozio Vodafone cercatela

Segnalo che qualche giorno fa sono stato contattato da un operatore Vodafone che mi sottopone la possibilità di disattivare una promozione che, a partire dal mese successivo a quello in cui ricevo la chiamata, sarebbe diventata a pagamento. Accetto chiaramente di buon grado e, come da richiesta dello stesso operatore, comunico il codice che mi invia al numero di cellulare perché necessario per procedere con la disattivazione. Mi "fido" perché il numero da cui ricevo il messaggio è effettivamente quello Vodafone standard quindi, al termine della chiamata, attendo una conferma di disattivazione, che però non arriva. A distanza di qualche giorno, quello che succede è sì la ricezione di una conferma, ma di ATTIVAZIONE di una nuova offerta, a prezzo doppio rispetto a quella attiva precedentemente e assolutamente non autorizzata!
Contatto quindi Vodafone al 190 e mi viene spiegato che questa "procedura" scorretta è stata effettuata dal dealer Vodafone che corrisponde a questo store.

I clearly accept and, as requested by the same operator, I communicate the code that sends me to the mobile number because it is necessary to proceed with the deactivation. I "trust" because the number from which I receive the message is actually the standard Vodafone one, therefore, at the end of the call, I await a deactivation confirmation, which however does not arrive. After a few days, what happens is the receipt of a confirmation, but of the ACTIVATION of a new offer, at double the price of the previously active and absolutely unauthorized one!
I then contact Vodafone on 190 and I am told that this incorrect "procedure" was carried out by the Vodafone dealer who corresponds to this store.

In meno di dieci minuti (le code ovvio che si trovino se ci si va in momenti di alta affluenza al centro commerciale) sono riuscito a cambiare operatore e avere in mano le varie opzioni per un maggior risparmio, ora da valutare. grazie mille!! TOP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio mi sono recato presso il negozio Vodafone Store Porte di Mestre, per acquistare due prodotti e precisamente un NetGear Arlo Go associato con V Sim Vodafone ed un Trackisafe.
Sono stato seguito dal sig. Andrea, il quale mi ha spiegato in maniera molto esaudiente le specifiche tecniche dei prodotti. Dopo aver espletato la registrazione relativa all’acquisto ,il sig. Andrea mi ha aiutato anche nella configurazione delle App relative ai due prodotti.
Ho notato in lui e la sua collega molta professionalità associata alla cortesia. Mi sento di dire che in futuro, considerata la positiva esperienza, che mi rivolgerò a questo store, consigliandolo ad amici/parenti.

This afternoon I went to the Vodafone Store Porte in Mestre to buy two products and precisely a NetGear Arlo Go associated with V Sim Vodafone and a Trackisafe.
