very bad experience .... the guy at the desk treated me with disdain, telling me it's not up to them to solve the problems caused by telephone contracts and referring me to 190

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per una problematica di linea…non risolta, mi hanno solo risposto di chiamare il 190 ma secondo te vengo da un altro paese perché volevo fare un giro o vengo apposta perché tu addetto mi risolvi il problema? Poco modo di fare con i clienti, alla fine sono dovuta andare a Magenta dove gentilmente hanno risolto il problema

I went for a line problem ... not solved, they just told me to call 190 but do you think I come from another country because I wanted to go for a ride or do I come on purpose because you can solve the problem for me? Little way of dealing with customers, in the end I had to go to Magenta where they kindly solved the problem

Vodafone nel 2020 mi ha derubato di ben €100,00. Da allora sfancula le PEC e ogni altra comunicazione definibile “ufficiale”.
Ogni Store ripete il mantra di circostanza: “deve inviare la raccomandata” e si tiene a debita distanza dal problema.
0 assistance. Lots of beautiful merchandise and 0 assistance.
Vodafone in 2020 robbed me of € 100.00. Since then, it has failed the certified e-mails and any other communication that can be defined as "official".
Each Store repeats the mantra of circumstance: “must send the registered letter” and keeps a safe distance from the problem.
