Il tutto perché il ragazzo che vi lavora è assolutamente qualificato, gentile ed onesto. Consiglio vivamente After so much resistance I decide to change my telephone operator for Wind. L'unico che non mi ha fatto pagare la sim durante il cambio piano, gli altri volevano (tutti) 10 dei miei euro. Personale preparato e serio. Mi è rimasto solo un dubbio circa un'opzione promessa che poi non si è attivata ma non so se sia stata colpa del negozio o della Wind. Rientrato in Italia per un periodo di Vacanze ho avuto necessita di avere linea dati + voce. Wind Saronno mi ha aiutato a scegliere, valutare e infine configurare un piano telefonico Tailor Made. In precedenza ero stato in un altro Wind di un Pese vicino ma l'inadeguatezza e la superficialità con la quale ero stato trattato mi aveva fatto propendere per cambiare Negozio. Grazie siete imbattibili. Alla prossima Excellent management and competence I state that I am an employee of KPN, a Dutch Telecommunications Company. Everything works beautifully. Back in Italy for a holiday period, I needed to have data + voice. Wind Saronno helped me choose, evaluate and finally set up a Tailor Made telephone plan. Previously I had been in another Wind of a nearby country but the inadequacy and superficiality with which I had been treated made me lean towards changing the shop. Thanks you are unbeatable. Con delle scuse mi hanno liquidato è detto di mandare delle mail al servizio clienti Wind mentre poi sono riuscito a risolvere il tutto velocemente in un altro negozio. Sottolineo la poca professionalità e disponibilità nei confronti dei clienti. I put a star because I can not put less because I turned to them for clarification. Chiedo una e-sim e con aria che percepisco 'affaticata' mi viene detto che non si sa quando arriveranno...una settimana, due settimane, tre settimane, non ce ne sono in arrivo... ho chiesto una sim! ma proprio se voglio posso lasciare il telefono e mi chiameà quando arriverà, se arriverà vista la totale incertezza. la sim ne ho bisogno ora e il 'non so quando' non mi sembra un gran che di risposta. Ho concluso dicendo che mi recherò in un altro negozio perchè così gli avrei tolto il problema. credo sia stato contento. sicuro che li non torno. I put the same one because you can't less. Please note that I am your regular customer of wind , i have been to the wind shop today at Saronno , your colleague who works at Wind Shop SARONNO . he your don't have any manners to deal with the clients , this is how you people treat with the foreign costumers living in your country , i told him that i have recharge by balance for 11 euros and the package is not activating , he said i don't care if its not working , i shown him the proof of messages that i have recharged , he ignores me and refuse to solve my problems and abuses me in Italian Language I want to make a Complaint of your collage , i have took the picture of him it is attached with this email , i hope the actions against him must be taken . I will give 0 rating to Customer services .
