Purtroppo anche loro, qualche volta non ci riescono. Ad esempio, ieri avevo un problema, mi hanno detto di portare pazienza che entro il giorno successivo si sarebbe risolto da solo. Così é stato. Molto spesso ho ottenuto consulenze gratuite. C'è un problema. Di solito bisogna fare una lunga fila prima di poter parlare con gli addetti. Cell phones are always a problem. But in this exercise they try to do everything possible to resolve them with all their good will. Unfortunately, they too sometimes fail. For example, yesterday I had a problem, they told me to be patient, which would resolve itself by the next day. So it was. Most often I got free consultations. There is a problem. Usually you have to wait in a long line before you can talk to the staff.

Per fortuna mi sono rivolto a loro e non sono caduto nella ….. trappola . Efficient and competent staff clearly showed me the offers active on my line, unlike the operator who had contacted me by phone, pretending to be a Tim service which was later found to be false. Fortunately, I turned to them and I did not fall into the… .. trap.
S	Simona Bedosti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questo centro per avere aiuto con un contratto propostomi da un call center con cui sto avendo grossi problemi. Mi è stato detto che non possono aiutarmi: benissimo, ma ho molto da obiettare sul MODO. Quando cercavo di spiegare il problema l'addetta mi ha interrotto, mi ha detto che non se ne occupavano, di contattare TIM perché "se si compra su Amazon non si va a lamentarsi all'Esselunga", e di chiamare il 119. Ho chiesto aiuto perché finché non risolvo questo problema sono ancora Vodafone, e il 119 non si connette: ha detto di chiamare da un fisso: se non ce l'avevo, "vada da un amico". Lei non poteva fare una chiamata "CAUSA COVID" (???????). Ho chiesto se era l'unico suggerimento che potesse darmi e mi ha risposto "per me può fare quello che le pare". Indubbiamente la persona meno gentile e collaborativa che abbia mai trovato in un centro TIM. Riassunto: o si acquista lì, o ci si arrangia.
