★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato telefonare al numero per le prenotazioni e mi dava sempre occupato.
Mi sono presentata di persona e vedo che la segretaria tiene il telefono staccato. Le chiedo come mai? La sua risposta in modo nervoso è che non riesce rispondere al telefono se ha altro da fare .
In più non riesce di trovare 5 min liberi del dottore per semplice consegna del referto di esami ematici. Devo aspettare una settimana e prenotare visita completa con la durata di 15 min.
