★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centralino spesso occupato, esperienza negativa con il Dott.Gorletta, pur riconoscendo un'ottima capacità di diagnosi ho altresì riscontrato demotivazione, scarsa disponibilità e poca gentilezza nei miei confronti.
Switchboard often busy, negative experience with Dr. Gorletta, while recognizing an excellent diagnostic ability, I also found demotivation, lack of availability and little kindness towards me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centralino completamente inutile. Chimi e richiami, mettono in attesa e non rispondono, ho provato anche fino a 45 minuti di attesa e nessuna risposta. Poi sono dovuta andare là di persona. Mi immagino persone anziane allettatte o che hanno urgenze. Una volta la centralinista scortesemente ha risposto ad una signora di oltre 80 anni che c'è confusione. Ma io ho visto più di una volta mentre ero in attesa che le centraliniste lasciano partire la segreteria senza rispondere. Resti minuti interminabili in attesa senza che nessuno se ne preoccupi. Tanto vale lascaire a casa queste lavative e far rispondere ai medici visto che poi comunque chiamiamo loro per cose che dovrebbe occuparsene la segreteria
Switchboard completely useless. I call and call, put on hold and don't answer, I also tried up to 45 minutes of waiting and no answer. Then I had to go there myself. I imagine elderly people who are bedridden or in urgent need. Once the receptionist rudely replied to a lady over 80 that there is confusion. But I have seen more than once while I was waiting for the switchboard operators to let the answering machine start without answering. You have endless minutes waiting without anyone caring. We might as well leave these cleaners at home and get the doctors to answer since we call them anyway for things that the secretariat should take care of.

Studio medico con organizzazione pessima .al di là delle lunghe attese telefoniche , dopo che attendi ore al telefono ti rispondono che l'appuntamento non può essere preso prima di due giorni come se uno è veggente e sa due tre giorni prima che si sta per ammalare . In questo ambulatorio ho notato una disattenzione al paziente unica e sola
If I could give 5 stars below zero I would give it! Doctor's office with very bad organization. Beyond the long telephone waits, after you wait hours on the phone they answer you that the appointment cannot be made for two days as if one is a seer and knows two or three days before one is about to get sick . In this clinic I have noticed a one and only inattention to the patient
