★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un elogio ad Alex: In data 11 febbraio 2021 mi sono ritrovata ad avere dei problemi nell'autenticazione Fastweb, e fra le opzioni contattare il nr di riferimento, che da celulare comporta non poche spese, o contattare il pv dove ho stipulato il contratto, ho scelto la seconda: Mi ha risposto Alex, il mio nome non risultava da nessuna parte nonostante il CF fornito, io ammetto di avere usato anche toni abb.za scocciati di cui poi mi sono scusata: lui non ha mai perso la cortesia, la gentilezza, mi ha chiesto il nr di cellulare (no fastweb), ed alle 19.30 mi ha comunicato di avermi trovato, di aver già aperto richiesta di richiamarmi sebbene fuori tempo massimo, mi ha fornito il tkt, ed assicurato che se non fossi stata contattata in serata si sarebbe reinteressato il giono sucessivo.
Gli domando scusa ancora per i toni nervosi con cui mi ci sono rivolta al principio, completamente smontati dalla sua pazienza, cura del clt, garbatezza, professionalità. Competenza.
Ha fatto addirittuta più di quel che doveva.
Oggi non è facile trovare un "Alex" in nessun contesto, fra gli addetti a contatto con il pubblico.
Sono stata davvero fortunata! Grazie ancora

A praise to Alex: On 11 February 2021 I found myself having problems in Fastweb authentication, and among the options contact the reference number, which involves not a few expenses to be cellular, or contact the point of sale where I signed the contract, I chose the second one: Alex replied, my name was nowhere in spite of the CF provided, I admit that I also used quite annoyed tones of which I then apologized: he never lost the courtesy, the kindness, he asked me for my mobile phone number (no fastweb), and at 19.30 he informed me that he had found me, that he had already opened a request to call me back although out of time, he provided me with the tkt, and made sure that if I had not been contacted in the evening he would be interested again the next day.
I apologize again for the nervous tones with which I turned to us at the beginning, completely disassembled by his patience, care of the clt, politeness, professionalism. Competence.
He even did more than he was supposed to.
Today it is not easy to find an "Alex" in any context, among the employees in contact with the public.
I was really lucky! Thanks again

Trattano diversi gestori permettendoti di scegliere l'offerta migliore in base alle tue esigenze.
Per ora molto soddisfatta.
Two young guys, really very kind, patient with children in the shop, seemed competent, we hope they will then follow the steps following the signing of the contract well in case of problems.
