★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è rotto il microfono in garanzia e mi sento dire che mandarlo in assistenza ti formattato tutto lo smartphone per questo ho rinunciato a ripararlo lo tengo così è lo uso con le auricolari. Comunque pessimo servizio.
Per risposta qui sotto mi avete detto che per sostituire il microfono bisognava mandarlo in assistenza e che lo avrebbero formattato così perdendo tutti i dati sullo smartphone (cosa non vera di cui ho avuto riscontro dal servizio clienti Samsung ) a me è sembrato un pretesto per sbolognarmi e fare in modo che io rinunciassi alla riparazione chi è il Fesso che lascia il telefono senza aver salvato tutto prima (foto video ecc.ecc ) ripeto è stata una vostra risposta di comodo per non sbattervi a mandare il telefono in riparazione.
