Tono e linguaggio più indicati per un malfamato bar di Caracas che per una farmacia in centro a Legnano. Mi chiedo come il o la responsabile della farmacia possa tollerare un tale comportamento. Avevo acquistato da loro un prodotto che non mi è stato di aiuto e avrei voluto provare qualcos'altro prima di un nuovo acquisto. Sono stata accolta da una donna con aria superba che non mi ha voluto dar nulla da provare,dato che non ricordavo il nome esatto del prodotto in questione. Ha messo in dubbio il fatto che abbia fatto acquisti da loro e con aria di superiorità ,mi ha detto di portarle una foto del prodotto acquistato. Nonostante ho spiegato fossi invalida e avessi difficoltà e che se mi avesse mostrato i " centinaia di campioncini" che diceva di avere,avrei riconosciuto il prodotto e scelto un campione diverso,si è rifiutata di darmi/ consigliarmi qualcosa. Pessima esperienza. Probabilmente sarà una farmacia per VIP e non per persone di ogni ceto sociale. Questa è l'impressione avuta. Se soffrite di depressione/attacchi di panico come me,vi sconsiglio di recarvi li. Scegliete una farmacia con persone più umane! I bravi farmacisti si attengono alle indicazioni del medico curante e se il cliente chiede consiglio lo danno con molta prudenza Every time I go there they try to sell me some extra medicine! Il personale è poco professionale e poco competente a mio avviso, non hanno tolto l'etichetta dalla scatola e sono dovuta tornare indietro,ho perso un sacco di tempo visto che non sono di Legnano. Non si sono neanche scusate adeguatamente per il disguido, dovrebbero selezionare meglio il personale. I only went to this pharmacy once because I was in Legnano for another commission but I don't think I will return. The staff is unprofessional and not very competent in my opinion, they didn't remove the label from the box and I had to go back, I lost a lot of time since I'm not from Legnano. They didn't even apologize properly for the inconvenience, they should better select the staff.
