UPDATE: pure la recensione falsa avete messo, ma dai. Quale cliente parlerebbe mai dell'app nella recensione, soprattutto definendola "facile e sicura"?
Bad experience, high commissions, bad online reputation. I do not recommend.
UPDATE: even the fake review you put, but come on. Which customer would ever talk about the app in the review, especially calling it "easy and safe"?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'ottima banca ancora a grandezza umana. Non si è solo un cliente a cui dover vendere il superfluo ma ancora qualcuno/qualcosa che ti tengono in considerazione. Personale preparato e disponibile. Ovviamente tassi di credito a zero. Ma nessuno fa di meglio. Ho i miei limiti ad accettare gli istituti di credito online dato che voglio avere qualcuno con cui parlare, discutere e, nel caso, litigare.
An excellent bank still in human size. You are not just a customer to whom you have to sell the superfluous but still someone / something that they take you into consideration. Trained and helpful staff. Obviously zero credit rates. But nobody does better. I have my limits on accepting online lenders as I want to have someone to talk to, discuss and, if so, argue with.
