★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un mutuo con db ,volevo un informazione, la prima cosa che mi è stato chiesto se il mutuo era stato aperto in questa filiale,alla mia risposta no ,non si poteva fare niente mi dovevo recare alla filiale dove avevo aperto il mutuo come se fossi un cliente di un altra banca,nell' altra filiale mi hanno dato un mail (logicamente uguale per tutte le filiali)a cui fare una richiesta tempo 30 secondi.che dire una stella è pure troppo
