★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho il conto corrente io e mio fratello, anche se la filiale dove avevamo il conto è stata chiusa ci troviamo bene dove è stato trasferito in piazza San Magno.Adesso ho anche scaricato l.app e mi trovo molto bene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noto che 1 stella è il giudizio prevalente ed io mi devo aggiungere, seppur non amando dar giudizi negativi all'operato altrui ma purtroppo sono stata ricevuta da una persona con appuntamento molto saccente, sgarbata e arrogante, non ho voluto dar la "biada agli asini" come si suol dire, mantenendo la mia eleganza. Oltre a ciò aggiungo molta superficialità, fretta e incuria nella gestione dell'appuntamento stesso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molta fretta nel voler risolvere i problemi, consigliando di rivolgersi al numero verde che non risponde mai, o se così non fosse, ti viene ripetuto di rivolgerti alla propria agenzia.
Personalmente hanno risolto ciò che al loro interessava, farmi versare i soldi, mentre per quanto riguardava il mio problema, il direttore mi ha risposto che non poteva fare nulla e di usare la carta solo con bancomat interno, senza neanche interessarsi al problema ( cioè solo negli orari di apertura agenzia).
Cosa più grave, quando gli ho detto che avrei chiuso il conto subito dopo l'accredito dello stipendio, dato che non potevo usare praticamente nulla, mi ha risposto " ok, allora abbiamo risolto il problema".
Veramente gentilissimo.
A lot of hurry in wanting to solve problems, advising you to contact the toll-free number that never answers, or if not, you are repeated to contact your agency.
Personally they solved what they were interested in, making me pay the money, while as regards my problem, the manager replied that he could not do anything and to use the card only with an internal ATM, without even caring about the problem (i.e. only during agency opening hours).
More seriously, when I told him that I would close the account immediately after the salary was credited, since I could hardly use anything, he replied "ok, then we have solved the problem".
Really very kind.
