Ok, di sicuro non mi presenterò più. È stata la prima gioielleria che mi ha ascoltato e coccolato, senza fare distinzione tra cliente di serie A e cliente di serie B, il tutto grazie al venditore Stefano persona squisita e molto professionale. Sicuramente non ci tornerò mai più , ci sono molti altri concessionari Rolex più disponibili e professionali, evidentemente non hanno bisogno di vendere e di lavorare!! Tutto il percorso di acquisto è stato splendido e sincero ( cosa che probabilmente è stata apprezzata da ambo le parti ) e la ciliegina sulla torta è stato Stefano, il quale ha resto l'unboxing meraviglioso ( ho ancora i brividi a pensarci ).. Suggerisco di valutarli anche per altro ( sono eccellenti anche come consulenti e come disponibilità di altri brand ) , in quanto pure per degli orecchini Damiani ho ricevuto un trattamento superlativo. Ora mi godo il momento e confido nell'arrivo della mia wishlist .. cosa che sono convinto che la gioielleria ha ben in mente :) .. diffidate da recensioni negative e immaginatevi al loro posto, voi dareste davvero un Daytona al primo che passa? Suvvia... Entro per la prima volta nella gioielleria Sironi per “cercare “ di acquistare un Rolex per mia moglie che compie i fatidici 40 anni, ho anticipato “cercare” perché è risaputo che i rivenditori Rolex prediligono, specialmente in questo periodo storico, la vendita ai clienti abituali, quindi, come successo in un altro negozio, mi aspetto lo stesso trattamento, ma l’occasione è troppo importante per scoraggiarmi. La persona che mi accoglie in effetti mi fa il discorso “cliente abituale” ma con mia sorpresa accoglie la richiesta, non mi illude sulle tempistiche, ma mi garantisce che entro l’anno avrò l’orologio….il compleanno è il 7 marzo, oggi sono andato in negozio a ritirare il regalo per mia moglie, quindi cosa aggiungere di più….fortunato, forse sì forse no, ma è garantito che Stefano, questo è il nome del venditore, ha fatto la differenza, mi sono sentito coccolato e riempito di attenzioni come se fossi un cliente storico.
