Non abbiamo ricevuto notizie da parte del negozio, siamo andati poco prima delle feste natalizie a chiedere del nostro ordine e ci è stato detto "Mi sono dimenticato di verificare, adesso chiamo" (22 dicembre). Il fornitore dice a sua volta di aver perso la commissione, ci viene detto "Se volete vi do l'acconto indietro, oppure aspettate e sicuramente dal 7 gennaio al 10 avrete le vostre fedine". Considerando le feste e la mole di lavoro, abbiamo deciso di dare una seconda possibilità a questo posto. Con disappunto, ad oggi non avendo ricevuto nessuna notizia, abbiamo, per l'ennesima volta, contattato Noi il negozio e ci è stato detto (in modo piuttosto arrogante) che il nostro ordine non era più disponibile nei colori da noi scelti ma "O lo prendete argento oppure niente". Inutile dire che abbiamo preso i soldi indietro e ce ne siamo andati. Personale sgarbato, poco umile e sicuramente non in grado di intrattenere relazioni interpersonali con gente di tutti i giorni. Se dovete comprare un "Re Carlo" è consigliatissimo, se dovete regalare gioielli qualsiasi avranno poca cura di voi come clienti. Mi sono sempre trovata bene qui, ma stavolta è caduto in basso. Delusissima.
We booked two silver rings on November 24th as a Christmas present. We didn't hear from the shop, we went just before the Christmas holidays to ask about our order and were told "I forgot to check, now I'm calling "(December 22). Considering the holidays and the amount of work, we decided to give this place a second chance. With disappointment, to date not having received any news, we have, for the umpteenth time, contacted us the shop and we were told (in a rather arrogant way) that our order was no longer available in the colors we chose but "O you get it silver or nothing. " Needless to say, we got our money back and left. Rude staff, not very humble and certainly not able to have interpersonal relationships with everyday people. If you have to buy a "King Charles" it is highly recommended, if you have to give any jewelry as a gift, they will have little care of you as a customer. I've always enjoyed it here, but this time it fell low. Very disappointed.
