Siamo entrati cercando un prodotto con alcune caratteristiche .. la commessa molto competente ci ha guidato verso la scelta migliore per le nostre esigenze .. unico problema.. cercavamo un trolley medio.. visto gli articoli esposti abbiamo preso trolley medio , trolley cabina, borsa 1° classe , sandali 1° classe … pazienza.. comunque più che soddisfatti.. prezzi… da listino con pochi saldi e mini sconti.. AGGIORNAMENTO : trolley Samsonite nuovo , in aeroporto mi hanno rotto una ruota . Porto da Pisoni . RISULTATO : tempo previsto riparazione 15 giorni. Dopo 14 giorni è pronto . Mi viene riconosciuta la garanzia anche se era evidente un danno fatto da compagnia aerea. Grazie per la professionalità dimostrata. Se avessi acquistato in grande magazzino , forse avrei risparmiato nell'acquisto qualche euro... ma ... ammesso e non concesso che me lo mandavano a riparare.. avrei passato un calvario... well stocked shop. very nice and competent staff. find the real contact with the shop that has been lost over the years with hypermarkets. UPDATE: new Samsonite trolley, I broke a wheel at the airport. Porto da Pisoni. RESULT: expected repair time 15 days. After 14 days it is ready. I am granted the guarantee even if damage done by the airline was evident. Thanks for the professionalism shown. If I had bought in a department store, perhaps I would have saved a few euros in the purchase ... but ... assuming and not granted that they sent it to me for repair ... I would have gone through an ordeal ...
