★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata per dare un'occhiata e chiedere un'informazione sul gonfiaggio palloncini ad elio, non essendo il mio mestiere volevo solo sapere se loro facevano questo tipo di servizio e costobe come funziona, bene sono stata praticamente aggredita verbalmente dalla commessa, la quale non faceva parlare ma continuava a dirmi "non vola" "non vola" quando se mi avesse lasciata anche solo gentilmente la parola le avrei spiegato che andava bene per me anche fare un centro tavola con i palloncini a numero senza per forza sto volare che ancora adesso non ho capito a essere sincera, ero entrata volendo poi fare il giro ma di proposito sono uscita e non ci metterò più piede! il front office è un grande biglietto da visita e credo che la gentilezza ripaghi sempre su tutto, qui manca alla grande eppure dovrebbe essere un posto dove dovrebbero regnare la felicità ed entusiasmo! Preciso in merito alla vostra risposta che in realtà le dimensioni effettive non ho fatto in tempo a comunicarle, proprio perché non lasciava parlare, le stavo cercando in diretta nel mio archivio sul telefono e il centro tavola l ho proposto io vedendine uno esposto alla vostra parete con il numero 98,mi sembra corretto dire le cose come stanno. Mi è proprio dispiaciuto perché verissimo quello che dite che ci vuole reciprocità ma i modi fanno la differenza e di certo quelli della vostra commessa non erano per niente gentili. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto arroganti e maleducati i dipendenti..il periodo di covid 19 dovrebbe far capire di più alla convivenza...solo il fatto che dicono che loro hanno eliminato il numero di telefono per non prendere prenotazioni (ma come si fà ad eliminare un numero di telefono ad un'attività commerciale che è il nettare delle informazioni!!) e quando arrivi li nonostante vuoi verificare l'attendibiltà degli orari ,trovi info diverse che su google quindi perdi ulteriore tempo ad andare e tornare per gli orari che sono in conflitto, poi ti trattano come se fossi una Mxxxa quando arrivi e le chiedi e fai delle domande che a parer loro sono nel giusto!, bah se trovate un alternativa in zona evitate questo posto lo sconsiglio!! non serve aggiungere scuse non siete all'altezza del vostro lavoro, le vostre qualità organizzative e cortesia assistenta al cliente sono scarse .

Le ragazze sono gentilissime e piene di idee. Ero scettica perchè non hanno un numero di telefono ma ho mandato diverse mail e mi hanno sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi. Consigliatissimo.
I've gone for several parties and they have the best balloons in the area.
The girls are very kind and full of ideas. I was skeptical because they don't have a phone number but I sent several emails and they always answered me in a very short time. Highly recommended.

Prezzi giusti ed adatti
Always the top for any decoration I went unannounced yet the girl still did a great job and a beautiful balloon decoration in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio pulito, ordinato e abbastanza fornito, c'é un poco di tutto per tutte le ricorrenze (da carnevale agli addi celibato/nubilato, per intenderci); forse questa e' la sua pecca, lo spazio non e' enorme e quindi tengono solo le cose standard. Sinceramente m'é parso un po' caro, ma tutto sommato non è male come negozio (non ho visto le altre sedi, non posso paragonarle). Abbastanza facile da raggiungere, parcheggio proprio di fronte (pochi posti ma bastano)
Clean, tidy and well-stocked shop, there is a little of everything for all occasions (from carnival to stag / hen nights, so to speak); maybe this is his flaw, the space is not huge and therefore they only keep the standard things. Honestly, it seemed a little expensive, but all in all it's not bad as a shop (I haven't seen the other locations, I can't compare them). Fairly easy to reach, parking right in front (few places but enough)

Prepotente, scontrosa, irrispettosa.. Sicuramente non mi vedrete piu.! Di negozi ce ne sono altri.. Accoglienza e simpatia qui in questo negozio sono pari a zero!
