d	davide fantoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi e disonesti. Mi hanno restituito la macchina, portata lì per incidente subito, dopo ben 24 giorni!!! E me la restituiscono pure con il livello di antigelo sotto il minimo consentito, per risparmiare o per menefreghismo. Inoltre ho scoperto dal mio meccanico di fiducia che avevano pure invertito il rimontaggio delle canaline del liquido tergicristallo, ovviamente ulteriore lavoro a mio carico. A causa del loro comportamento ho reclamato alla mia assicurazione per il pessimo trattamento ricevuto. Hanno fatto partire i lavoro dopo 9 giorni, e solo grazie alla mia insistenza con l'assicurazione, perché loro non si degnavano neanche di contattarli per velocizzare la cosa. A meno che ero disposto io a versare la differenza fra il valore di perizia danno e la cifra esorbitante da loro richiesta, in pratica volevano gli 800 euro di differenza: Ricatto. Oltetretutto non mi hanno fornito neanche la vettura di cortesia richiesta, se la volevo dovevo pure pagarla. Nella lunga attesa della riparazione ho fatto fare 2 preventivi ad altri carrozzieri di castellanza e legnano, che purtroppo non erano convenzionati con la mia assicurazione, mostrando le foto del danno e il rapporto assicurativo mi avevano preventivato circa 1500 euro in meno di spesa, ma ormai non potevo cambiare, avrei dovuto trasferire la macchina con un carro attrezzi a mie spese; lo dico per far capire quanto ci ricaricano questi disonesti. In sintesi: scorretti, cari, ricattatori, lenti. Sconsigliati vivamente!!! Bad and dishonest. They gave me back the car, brought there by accident immediately, after 24 days !!! And they also give it back to me with the level of antifreeze below the minimum allowed, to save money or for indifference. I also found out from my trusted mechanic that they had also reversed the reassembly of the wiper fluid channels, obviously further work at my expense. Because of their behavior I have complained to my insurance for the bad treatment I received. They started work after 9 days, and only thanks to my insistence with the insurance, because they did not even deign to contact them to speed things up. Unless I was willing to pay the difference between the damage appraisal value and the exorbitant amount they requested, in practice they wanted the 800 euro difference: Blackmail. Besides, they didn't even provide me with the courtesy car requested, if I wanted it I had to pay for it. In the long wait for the repair, I had other body builders from castellanza and legnano make 2 estimates, who unfortunately did not have an agreement with my insurance, showing the photos of the damage and the insurance report they had estimated me about 1500 euros less than expenses, but by now I could not change, I would have had to transfer the car with a tow truck at my expense; I say this to show how much these dishonest ones charge us. In summary: unfair, dear, blackmailers, slow. Strongly not recommended !!!
