Mission impossible preso tutti i dati la richiameremo..
Ma niente e lunedì è passato..
I spent a whole Saturday making 4 phone calls from 9.30 to 17.30 to find out if a vehicle on the dealer's website was really available.
Mission impossible taken all the data we will call it back ..
But nothing and Monday passed ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato in questa concessionaria per avere info su auto opel e possibile contratto di noleggio l.t. subito mi hanno chiesto il green pass ancora prima di dire buongiorno, dopo circa mezz’ora di attesa un’altra addetta mi ha richiesto il green pass! dopo un altro quarto d’ora mi hanno comunicato che non avrebbero avuto tempo da dedicarmi e mi avrebbero contattato telefonicamente…mai più sentiti. Consiglio: riciclatevi come controllori di green pass . Ps ho acquistato una Ford
I went to this dealership to get info on opel cars and a possible l.t. rental contract. immediately they asked me for the green pass even before saying good morning, after about half an hour of waiting another employee asked me for the green pass! after another quarter of an hour they told me that they would not have time to dedicate to me and would contact me by phone ... never heard from again. Tip: recycle yourself as a green pass controller. Ps I bought a Ford

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa agenzia non può gestire le cose di base! la peggiore esperienza di acquisto di un'auto... non esiste un direttore per ascoltare il cliente! Ho pagato tutto per comprare l'auto quasi 2 mesi fa e sto ancora andando e tornando lì per preparare l'auto!!! le cose più piccole richiedono settimane per essere risolte.... non controllano la parte ricevuta dal fornitore prima di chiamare il cliente per portare l'auto in officina! scuola dell'infanzia??
nessun responsabile esiste per sentire il cliente! rispetto del tempo delle persone? NO!
Non credo che questo tipo di società esista in Europa... non consiglio...
Do 2 stelle solo perché il venditore ha cercato di aiutarmi ma l'intero sistema ha un problema gestionale!
this agency can't handle the basic stuff! worst car buying experience ... there is no director to listen to the customer! I paid for everything to buy the car almost 2 months ago and I am still going and going back there to get the car ready !!! smaller things take weeks to fix .... they don't check the part received from the supplier before calling the customer to take the car to the workshop! primary school??
no manager exists to hear the customer! respect for people's time? NO!
I don't think this type of company exists in Europe ... I don't recommend ...
I give 2 stars only because the seller tried to help me but the whole system has a management problem!
