★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto a piedi con la batteria a terra e nonostante di sabato quasi alla chiusura mi hanno accompagnato a recuperare l'auto e cambiato la batteria. Gentilezza e professionalità cosa altro si vuole!!!
 I was on foot with the battery on the ground and despite almost closing on Saturday they accompanied me to retrieve the car and changed the battery. Kindness and professionalism what else do you want !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizi pessimi, sono stato truffato, ti dicono che sostituiscono i pezzi di meccanica ma non è vero ,mi avevano detto che mi avevano sostituita la scatola dello sterzo,dopo una settimana un altra concessionaria Ford, ignara del fatto che ero già stato in un altra Ford mi dice che la mia scatola era ancora l'originale della casa madre,600€ rubati.sconsiglio a tutti
Bad services, I was scammed, they tell you that they replace the parts of mechanics but that's not true, they told me that I had replaced the steering gear, after a week another Ford dealership, unaware that I had already been to another Ford tells me that my box was still the original from the parent company, € 600 stolen. I do not recommend it to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 2500 euro di intervento su un bmw z4, mi ritrovo con il faro staccato, e il paraurti non in assetto, l'ho fatto notare e mi sono sentito trattato malissimo, i clienti vanno sempre ascoltati. Sconsigliatissimo da evitare come la peste.
After 2500 euros of intervention on a bmw z4, I find myself with the headlight detached, and the bumper not in order, I pointed this out and I felt very badly treated, customers should always be listened to. Not recommended to avoid like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After breaking down nearby in my Ford Transit minibus, I was relying on my UK recovery company's European cover to help fix my van. I waited three days with no progress at all.
Eventually I got fed up and was directed by Iveco to Futuracar. Within minutes they had sourced the parts I needed which had taken my UK recovery company days to NOT find.
Their service was excellent and even though my Italian is terrible, they made the effort to explain to me in as much detail as possible every step they were taking, not to mention several members of their staff speak very good English.
If you're ever stuck anywhere in Milan and you're being told that "we cannot find your parts because it is a foreign vehicle" go straight to Futuracar. They were brilliant from start to finish and had me back on the road in the evening!
